"All the better to eat you with!"

Reception have really enjoyed the traditional tale 'Little Red Riding Hood' this week.

In Communication and Language Reception, we have enjoyed re-telling the story using the small world tray and role play areas. We have also been using our phonics to write wanted posters, lists of food to bring Grandma and to label the characters from the story.

As part of our topic 'Ourselves', we have been learning all about the five senses. We have enjoyed using our senses in our 'taste' and 'smell' experiments. We learnt and used lots of new vocabulary to describe what we tasted and smelt.

Be a Trier.

Be a Talker.
