Our Value of the month: HONESTY

Dear St. George's families,

We have certainly lived out our culture statement in the past two weeks.

At St George's we say: We are fun. We are together.

Diversity Day and Evening, alongside Be Brave Day, were great examples of this. A big thank you to everyone who attended, provided food, and who helped organise the events.

A reminder to check the calendar below for some key dates before the end of term. On Monday, we have school photographs happening. Please ensure your child has the correct school uniform, including their jumper. Pupils can wear these for the pictures and then take them off to regulate their body temperature for the rest of the school day, as normal.

School Games Day is also nearly upon us. As usual, pupils are required to meet us directly at Dulwich College Sports Ground and to be picked up from there. Please ask at the office if you have any queries.

As ever, we wish you the very best of weekends, full of rest and fun, ready for learning on Monday.

Mr Janes

Attendance

At St Georges's, our culture statement says:

We are fun. We are together.

Being together means attending school regularly. This year, we have set a challenging target for attendance to be in line with pre-Covid levels. Each week we will publish our attendance in this newsletter. Please contribute by ensuring your child is in school, not missing out on learning.

This week's average attendance: 93.88%
Highest class attendance of the week: Sancho-Thunberg Class - 98.5%
Academic year's average attendance: 94.82%
Our target for the year: 97.00%

We are proud to say that we have won a certificate for our attendance! Have a look below to see.
