This week, Jemison class have been looking at a new area within Art and Design. They have been exploring textiles by using a range of materials and techniques. First, they had to use oil crayons with control to explore pattern making by creating a design in their Art books. Then they looked at some different fabrics, yarns and threads, and how they can be manipulated on a piece of paper to create different textures.
