Our Nursery
Be an explorer.
Be a trier.
Be a talker.
Be a creator.
At St George's, we are lucky to have a nursery for our pupils to gain the very best possible start to their school life. Our nursery is staffed with an experienced qualified teacher and highly qualified support staff.
The nursery is part of our Foundation Stage provision, enabling children to benefit from our early years educational expertise and leadership, and transition between nursery and reception classes.
Here's what Ofsted had to say about our Early Years:
...children show enjoyment and independence in their learning.
...Staff interact positively with children. They use questioning well to encourage children to think about their activities.
Our Learning Environment
We have a purpose-built new building and an incredibly spacious outdoor area.
Our outdoor area is also undergoing redevelopment to create more opportunities for physical development.
Please check out what our developments will look like below.
Wraparound Care
For extended hours, parents can access provision run by our wraparound providers, Young Explorers. For more information on their services, please click here.
