Anti-Bullying Week: Power for Good

This week, our school celebrated Anti-Bullying Week with the theme “Power for Good.” The children explored how we can use our power positively, for example, the power to be kind and supportive to others.

This week, our school celebrated Anti-Bullying Week with the theme “Power for Good.” The children explored how we can use our power positively, for example, the power to be kind and supportive to others.

Our School Council led Worship, reinforcing the message of using our power for good and linking it to our school culture statement:

Be Brave. Be Great. Be You.

Throughout the week, every class engaged in meaningful discussions and activities around kindness, empathy, and standing up to bullying.

There were lots of fantastic conversations and activities across the school, helping children to reflect on their behaviour and the impact they have on others.

See some photos of the children in action below!

Year 4 acted out different scenarios and discussed how they could respond positively in each situation.

Year 5

Year 5 explored why bullying happens, the emotions involved, and reflected on an illustration through partner talk.
