Turning of the year!

Year 3 Shine at Blackheath Halls Christmas Concert.
Year 3 delivered a spectacular performance this week at the annual Christmas concert held at Blackheath Halls, joining several other primary schools from across the Lewisham borough for a festive celebration of music and community.
The event was filled with holiday spirit as pupils sang a range of Christmas songs, showcasing the hard work and enthusiasm they’ve put into rehearsals over the past term. One of the standout moments of the evening was Year 3’s very own solo performance of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.” The confident delivery and vibrant energy of the soloist earned loud applause from the audience and set a joyful tone for the rest of the concert.
Teachers, families, and fellow students were all incredibly proud of Year 3’s dedication and teamwork. Performing in a professional venue alongside other schools made the experience even more special.
Overall, it was a phenomenal evening—one that Year 3 will remember for a long time. Their hard work, talent, and passion for music truly shone on stage.
