Drama Workshop
Drama4All Brings Stories to Life!
We were delighted to welcome Perform Drama4All into school this week, where they ran a series of highly enjoyable drama workshops for our Early Years and Key Stage 1 children.
Children from Nursery through to Year 2 had a fantastic time taking part in an imaginative storytelling experience based on the story Midnight in the Toyshop. Through drama, movement and role play, the children worked together to create characters, explore ideas and bring the story to life. There was lots of laughter, creativity and excitement throughout the sessions!
The workshops were a wonderful example of our school Culture Statement in action:
-
We are Fun – the children were fully engaged and clearly loved every moment.
-
We are Together – pupils collaborated, listened to one another and shared ideas as part of a whole group experience.
It was lovely to see children of all ages growing in confidence, using their imaginations and expressing themselves in such a positive and supportive environment.
Have a look at the photos below to see some of the fun and creativity from the day!
We would like to thank Perform Drama4All for such a fun visit — we look forward to welcoming them back again in the future.
