🍪 A Week Full of Gingerbread Fun!

This week, Kahlo Class have been enjoying the story The Gingerbread Man as part of our topic Journeys.

The children have been fantastic at showing our Early Years vision to Be an Explorer 🌍. Be a Trier 💪. Be a Talker 🗣️. Be a Creator 🎨.

📖 Be a Talker: We loved acting out and retelling the story of The Gingerbread Man, using different voices and joining in with the repeated phrases.

✏️ Be a Trier: Pupils worked hard to write simple instructions explaining how to make gingerbread men, using their phonics skills to sound out words.

🎨 Be a Creator: The children created their own gingerbread men, carefully decorating them with lots of creativity and imagination. 🍬👀

It has been a fun-filled week of storytelling, role play, and creativity. Well done, Kahlo Class! 🌟👏
