๐Ÿฆ‰ Jemison Class: Exploring 3D Owl Sculptures! ๐ŸŽจ

This half term, Year 1 Jemison Class have been diving into the world of 3D sculpture as part of their exciting Art and Design topic!

Inspired by owls, the children began by drawing their own designs, carefully labelling them with the materials and tools they would need โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿงต.

Through this project, Jemison artists have truly embraced our Art and Design curriculum vision:

โœจ Be Creative – Each child designed their owl in a unique and imaginative way, exploring different colours, textures and patterns.
๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Be Proficient – They practised using a range of equipment with increasing control and confidence.
๐Ÿชž Be Reflective – Pupils evaluated their designs and thought carefully about how to bring their 2D ideas to life in 3D form.

We’re so proud of their fantastic efforts and can’t wait to display their wonderful owl sculptures around school! ๐Ÿฆ‰๐Ÿ’ซ
