We are fun. We are together.

These words felt especially true this week as the whole school came together to enjoy our annual Christmas lunch.

The hall was filled with festive cheer — crackers popping, Christmas jumpers on full display, and everyone singing along to well-loved seasonal tunes. Pupils and staff shared a delicious meal with all the trimmings, from golden roast potatoes to perfectly cooked vegetables and, of course, plenty of gravy.

A huge thank you goes to our wonderful kitchen team, who worked incredibly hard to prepare such a special lunch for the whole school. Their effort, warmth and Christmas spirit helped make the afternoon memorable for everyone.

It was a lovely moment of togetherness at this busy time of year — a chance to pause, celebrate and enjoy being part of our St George’s community.
