🏴‍☠️Pirate Adventures! 🦜⚓

⚓ Ahoy there, me hearties! Kahlo Class have been sailing the seven seas this week as we explored our exciting Pirates topic!

The children have been fantastic at showing our Early Years vision to Be an Explorer 🌍. Be a Trier 💪. Be a Talker 🗣️. Be a Creator 🎨.

📖 Be a Talker: We loved reading Pirates Love Underpants and enjoyed talking about the hilarious pirate adventures in the story.

✏️ Be a Trier: Using their phonics, the children worked hard to write pirate descriptions and create their own pirate ship rules, showing fantastic imagination and growing confidence in their writing.

🎨 Be a Creator: In our creative area, pupils made treasure boxes, pirate hats, telescopes, and eye patches using a range of materials. They were so proud of their creations!

⚓ Be an Explorer: The children used their handmade pirate props in role play, setting sail on exciting adventures, searching for hidden treasure, and working together as a pirate crew.

It has been a swashbuckling week of imagination, creativity, and learning. Well done, Kahlo Class! 🌟🏴‍☠️
