This next half-term, we have the fortune of community cricket coaches joining us from Kent Cricket.

Dan (our coach) presented a video about the inclusivity of cricket and the range of skills needed. We found out all teams have to ensure equality and opportunity for all. We also looked at the variation of skills from batting, bowling and fielding, through to the mental side of resilience, teamwork and problem solving. 

We will be working with them every Friday to improve on a range of skills. This week we worked on our coordination and catching skills through a range of activities. We worked on our positioning and then short and long range catches.
