On Thursday 6th June, our Year 3/4 mixed football team took on their local rivals, Perrymount.

After the year 5/6 football team drew 2-2 against our local rivals, it was our Year 3/4 team to take on Perrymount Primary School. The tense match took place at St Georges after school on Thursday 6th June on a glorious sunny afternoon. All the players were great ambassadors to the school and showed incredible teamwork, which is key to our P.E vision:

Be passionate.

Be respectful.

Be determined.

Well done to all the players, whose determination got them a 3-1 victory, after going 1-0 early on. Goals from Demarkus, Israel and Samuel saw them get over the victory line.

We look forward to another match later on in the term.

Thank you to Perrymount for a fantastic game and great respect between both teams. Thank you to the parents, who came and showed brilliant support to the whole team.
