On Wednesday, our Year 2 children set off on a very special adventure to Holy Trinity Church for the Spinnaker Trust’s Christmas Journey workshop. From the moment they left school, their excitement set the tone for what became a truly fantastic morning.

This week in RE, Shackleton Class took part in a creative summary lesson to bring together everything we’ve learned about Hinduism this term.
This week, Kahlo Class have been learning all about Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Lights. The children have truly shone as Explorers π, Triers πͺ, Talkers π£οΈ, and Creators π¨ while learning about this special celebration.

This week, Jemison Class had a very special visitor! β¨ Father Richard from St George’s Church βͺ came to talk to us about Christian weddings and to show us what happens during a wedding ceremony.

For our Easter topic in R.E, Tull class have made crosses with their reflections.

Reception have thoroughly enjoyed learning about dinosaurs as part of our topic 'Animals'.

On Thursday, the whole school ventured to St George's Church to celebrate and be generous at our Harvest Festival.
To support our learning about Hinduism, Year 5 visited the Sri Vel Muruhan Aalayam Hindu Temple in Catford.
